The Board voted 5-1 to approve Action Item 7.1, effectively resurrecting shared governance! Looks like we now have a problem-solving Board majority. Thank you to everyone who helped us get here!

Here is a recap:

  • Hendrix resigned as Board president at the beginning of the Board meeting.
  • Sullivan nominated Thor as Board president. McGrath nominated Hendrix. Thor was elected by a 4-3 vote.
  • Nerini nominated Sullivan as Board secretary. Hendrix nominated Winn. Winn was elected by a 4-3 vote.
