Hello Colleagues,

Before we wrap up the semester, I have a few items to share.

Office Hours with the FA President and President-Elect

One of our goals this year was to hear from more faculty across the district. We scheduled office hours at colleges. These have been casual, drop-in times to ask questions, share thoughts, and connect. We will be hosting a virtual office hours session on Monday, April 20th from 2:00-4:00pm. Look for a calendar invite for the session details.

Meet & Greet

We will be hosting the last Meet & Greet of the academic year on Thursday, April 23rd from 4:00-5:30pm at the Taco Guild, 546 E. Osborn Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. We have enjoyed gathering together and hearing from you about the amazing work being done at the colleges and having conversations about the challenges in the district and higher education. Guns on Campus Survey

We are conducting a survey to represent the majority opinion of Residential Faculty teaching and working in the MCCCD. This survey asking faculty their opinion about guns on campus was first conducted in 2016. We will keep all answers anonymous. The survey will be open from Wednesday, April 1 through Wednesday, April 15.
