The Residential Faculty Agreement 2025-2026 was ratified

Good morning Faculty Colleagues,

I am happy to share that yesterday the Faculty Executive Council voted (20 – 3) to ratify the proposed 2025-2026 Residential Faculty Agreement.

We would like to thank RFACT for their work on our behalf, and we thank faculty for their engagement and feedback during the process.

The 2025-2026 RFA now goes through the following approval process;

• The Governing Board first read in March.
• The Governing Board second read  and vote in April.
• July 1, 2025 the Residential Faculty Agreement becomes effective (if approved by the Governing Board).
